When setting up a rule there are some fields which need to be completed to make sure that the right information is shown to the clinicians when using Sweetfish Assist
Rule name and Rule Description that are set in the rule are shown on the pop up screen and are very important to support the clinician
Additional content that is set is the Dismissal Reason - Currently this is set by the Sweetfish team but is seen by your clinicians.
When a clinician does not agree with a suggestion they will choose to dismiss the rule and select the justification. A drop down in shown to them and these options must be set ahead of go live.
Some example drop down reasons are:
- Your protocol is not valid in this case
- I don't agree wit this protocol
- The product is not available
- Other
NOTE: The other option will enable the free text box and make it mandatory to ensure there is additional information from the clinician
