NOTE: ahead of enabling Sweetfish on your Provet system you must contact Provet Support to enable the integration for your Provet cloud ID. Once confirmed, follow the steps below:
Go to Settings > Integration. From here you will need to do 2 steps.
- Navigate to the Open API area and select Add application
- In the list that appears scroll down until you see Sweetfish Assist. Here select the radio button next to the Sweetfish Assist and select Save
- Then Scroll down the integrations until you find Sweetfish
- This should be added by the Provet team and should be visible
- From here - Select the pen button to edit the settings of the integrations.
- Select the Enable Sweetfish checkbox.
- Select Save.
- Repeat these steps for each clinic location where the integration needs to be enabled.
