NOTE: ahead of enabling Sweetfish on your Provet system you must contact Provet Support to enable the integration for your Provet cloud ID. Once confirmed, follow the steps below. Each of the below steps needs to be repeated for each department that is being enabled:
Go to Settings > Integration. From here you will need to the below
Firstly, Switch to the location using the picker in the top bar.
Then within Settings → Integrations → Navigate to Open API access → and add in Sweetfish Assist →and select Enable This grants the Sweetfish Assist API application access to a location.
Then within Settings → Integrations →Navigate to Sweetfish → Enable Sweetfish integration
This is the setting that enables the popup for a location and is added by the Provet.
The checkbox applies only to the admin’s currently active location, selected using the location picker in the top bar. It must be enabled and saved separately for each location.
Select Save.
Repeat these steps for each clinic location where the integration needs to be enabled.
