There are 2 ways to log a request with the Sweetfish support team
Option 1 - Raise a ticket
You can use the submit a request button on the top of the support knowledgebase and raise a ticket directly with the team.
Option 2 - Send an email
You can email your issue to support@sweet.fish and one of the team will look into the issue.
Important information to include:
- Description of the issue
- Time the issue was detected/happened
- Steps the user took when the issue happened
- Screenshots (Including URL)
Additional info if relevant
- Invoice number
- Consultation number
- Department
