The invoice report allows you to view the interactions between clinicians and the Sweetfish pop up. Invoices can be filtered in many different ways as per the filter screen.
Results show which invoices have revenue retrieved and which have potential revenue by using the below symbols
Results can be sorted by any heading or exported to CSV. The invoice and consultation items are hyperlinked to Provet and will take you directly to the invoice (assuming you have Provet permission to view it)
When you select an invoice you can see information about the invoice. the panel on the left hand side show the audit trail of the invoice and when the Sweetfish pop up was triggered, why (which item) and for which rule. It also shows what suggestions the clinician saw on the pop up. The same information is shown for dismissed rules with the addition of the dismissal reason.
Information about the supervising vets, products and other invoice specific information can also be seen on this screen by navigating the tabs in the middle pane.
