Rule enforcement is used when a client team would like to make sure that a rule is followed, but setting this up the vet will not be able to dismiss a rule.
Enforcement can be set at either a Rule or Department level so can be very specific.
Setting up enforcement is easy - Make sure the rule is set up as you want, then you simply set the compliance target to 100% and publishing the rule.
We will remind you when you set the compliance to 100% clinicians will not be able to dismiss the rule unless a suggestion is added - if you select Yes, the enforcement is enabled.
